Coverage is based upon the employee's monthly salary.
Provides a continuing income to an employee following six months of disability. The plan will provide 60% of the employee's base salary continuing the length of the disability up to age 65.

401(k) Savings Plan
FNB offers elegible employees the opportunity to save for retirement through the 401(k) Savings Plan. Employees may enroll in the plan and begin contributing through payrolle deductions after six months of employment.
FNB currently matches employee contributions, dollar for dollar, up to the first 5% of salary contributed per pay period. Employees are immediately vested 100% in company matching contributions.
Flexible Spending Plan (Tax Savings Plan)
This plan is available to pay medical, dental and vision co-pays, unreimbursed health care expenses and dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis. Employees may redirect a portion of earnings before taxes into the Cafeteria Plan to pay for these expenses.

Educational assistance is available to employees desiring to complete college classes related to their position. Classes must be pre-approved by the employee's supervisor and the Bank's CEO.
